1. Service Agreement

1. Scope of Work: Our staff (Nurses, Attendants, Patient Helpers) will only perform duties related to patient care as discussed at the time of hiring.
2. Staff Safety: The client is responsible for providing a safe and respectful environment for our medical staff. Any form of harassment or ill-treatment will lead to immediate service termination without refund.
3. Medical Supervision: While our staff are trained professionals, any major medical decisions or emergency procedures must be guided by the patient's primary physician or doctor.

2. Payment & Charges

1. Advance Payment: For long-term home nursing (12-hour or 24-hour shifts), a specific portion of the fee must be paid in advance.
2. Shift Timings: Clients must adhere to the agreed shift timings. Any extra hours worked by the staff will be charged as overtime.
3. Direct Hiring: Clients are strictly prohibited from hiring our staff directly without informing the agency. Doing so will result in legal action and heavy penalties.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or pause the service, at least 24 to 48 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one full shift's charges.

4. Liability

South Punjab Home Nursing acts as a facilitator and provider of trained staff. While we ensure high standards of care, we are not liable for any unforeseen medical complications or natural outcomes related to the patient’s health condition.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal or medical information shared with our staff will be kept confidential and used solely for providing better medical care.

6. Changes to Terms

South Punjab Home Nursing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will be applicable immediately.
